Who provides the service

Bookings
Your booking is confirmed once the payment is completed. You'll receive a booking code and a confirmation email. Spots are limited and assigned in order of payment.
Prices and payments
Prices are in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include only what each tour states. Webpay charges in Chilean pesos. PayPal charges in US dollars at the day's exchange rate plus a conversion margin, shown before you pay.
What's not included
Unless the tour states otherwise, the Torres del Paine National Park entrance, meals and drinks are not included.
Pick-up point and time
All departures leave from Puerto Natales. We'll confirm the exact pick-up time and place on WhatsApp.
Tour conditions
For safety, the guide may adjust the itinerary according to weather, trail conditions or CONAF instructions.
