Webpay (credit and debit cards) and PayPal.
Are prices per person?
Yes, except for the Premium tours, whose price is for a package for 2 people. All prices are in Chilean pesos (CLP).

02 Before your trip
Where do the tours leave from?
All our tours leave from Puerto Natales, the base town for visiting Torres del Paine. We confirm the exact pick-up point and time when you book.
Is the park entrance included?
No. The Torres del Paine National Park entrance is paid separately (approx. CLP 38,000 for foreigners, depending on the season). We recommend buying it in advance through CONAF's official channels.
What should I wear?
Layers, a waterproof and windproof jacket, hat, gloves and sunscreen, even in summer: Patagonian weather changes fast and the wind is strong. For treks, trekking boots.
When is the best time to visit Torres del Paine?
High season runs from October to April, with longer days. Winter is a great time for wildlife watching, as animals are easier to spot in the forests and on the peaks.
03 During the tour
Do the guides speak English?
Yes, our guides are bilingual.
What fitness level do I need?
It depends on the tour. The viewpoints, city tour and estancia are easy; Cerro Benítez is moderate; the Base of the Towers and the W Trek are challenging. Each tour page shows the difficulty.
How many people join a shared tour?
Several of our shared tours are small groups of up to 4 people. Each tour page shows this.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes: the photography tour, private guide, transfer and Premium tours for two are private.
04 Torres del Paine
How long does it take from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine?
About 2 hours by road each way, depending on the area of the park.
What is the W Trek?
It's the park's most famous trekking route, linking the Base of the Towers, the French Valley and Grey Glacier. With our W Xpress you do it in 3 days, sleeping in Puerto Natales.
Can you see Torres del Paine in one day?
Yes. The Paine Viewpoints Full Day covers the essentials in 8–9 hours, and the Base of the Towers trek reaches the Towers in a single day.
